    A text from me confirming your arrival window.
  2. At your place
    Everything raked, collected, and rebagged into your own bins, lids closed. Your can gets strapped shut with a Bear Straplock — free, every job.
  3. When it’s done
    Before-and-after photos texted to you. Only then does your card get charged.

Two small things that help

  • You don’t need to be home. Just leave the gate unlocked and any dogs secured.
  • Pop the orange clip off your can before your next pickup day, so the truck can empty it. It’s printed on the strap as a reminder.
